Martin Crean is the owner of award-winning MODE Hair in Chipping Campden. He has won Wales & South West three times and is a member of the British Hairdressing Hall of Fame. He most recently won Artistic Team of the Year and has been nominated for International Hairdresser of the Year. Alison Adams and Martene Mallett have won 2021 Wales & South West Hairdresser of the Year and the team is perfectly placed for comments and quotes on creativity as well as running a successful business.
