A well-executed loyalty card programme offers clients clear benefits, simple enrolment and meaningful rewards to keep them coming back.
The My Salon Client Loyalty Programme is an effective way to recognise and reward clients for their continued loyalty too your business. The Client Loyalty Programme can be used with or without a Client Loyalty Card but is much more effective when used in conjunction with a card.
In fact the card is the key. One card can be used as a gift voucher, gift card or loyalty card.
Instead of a printed gift voucher, use the card. Once the gift card value has been spent, the same card can be used for the client to accumulate loyalty points going forward.
Loyalty points can be associated to rand spend or to specific products or services or even to entire departments. Bonus loyalty points can also be awarded on merit - for example when a client refers a friend or colleague.
