The National Bargaining Council for the Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Beauty and Skincare industry recently advised that applications for Exemptions for 2022 will be accepted from the 30th of November 2021.
To avoid getting billed in the year 2022, please make sure that all re-applications are completed. All exemption application forms for Pension Fund must be supported by a Broker form filled out by the existing Broker and Motivation Letters from all employees. Existing exemptions granted for the year 2021 will automatically expire on the 31st of December 2021, and Invoices would be levied in accordance with the Collective Agreement if your application is not received by the Council in a timely manner.
The 2022 Exemption application will be available from the 1st of October 2021 to download from the website (Annexure D) at http://hcsbc.co.za/downloads/ or request an application form via email from exemption@hcsbc.co.za.
