Flat Iron Curls for a Short Bob Haircut | Kerasilk | Goldwell Education Plus

Daniel Martin, Goldwell Global Styling Ambassador, shows you how to style a short curl bob using a diffusor and curling iron finger/curling technique. Pro Tip: You can make the curl smaller or larger by using 1, 2 or 3 fingers to coil the hair before apply the heat with the curling iron. It's an alternative way to style that you can play around with and customize for your client!

Products used:

• Kerasilk Enhancing Curl Crème

• Kerasilk Forming Shape Spray

• Kerasilk Fixing Effect Hairspray

1. Apply Kerasilk Enhancing Curl Crème to damp hair using your hands and scrunch the hair

2. Apply Kerasilk Forming Shape Spray throughout the hair

3. Flip the head over and use a diffuser to blow dry while continuing to scrunch the hair

4. Take a small section of hair and coil the hair into a curl. Use a flat iron to heat the curl for a few seconds. Allow the curl to cool completely.

5. Repeat step 4 until all of the hair is curled.

6. Flip the head over and brush through the curls with your fingers.

7. Flip the head right side up and backcomb the curls towards the crown with your fingers.

8. Set the style with Kerasilk Fixing Effect Hairspray
