Final Year End Message from KAO South Africa: A Heartfelt Thank You to the Hair Industry for your Unwavering Support.

As we approach the end of another remarkable year, we find ourselves reflecting on the incredible journey we've shared with the hair industry. We wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for your unwavering support throughout the challenges we've collectively faced.

In these unprecedented times, your solidarity and commitment have been a beacon of strength for us. Your dedication to the craft, your passion for innovation, and your tireless efforts to overcome obstacles have inspired us greatly. It is with sincere appreciation that we extend our thanks for standing by us through thick and thin.

This year has brought about important structural transformations, including key shifts in senior leadership, and we are genuinely grateful for your unwavering commitment to our journey.

Amidst these changes, we have been fortunate to witness the strength of our partnerships and the resilience of our community. Your support has been a source of inspiration, and we want to express our heartfelt thanks for standing by us as we navigate these transformative times.

The senior leadership changes implemented this year are a crucial part of our strategy to position ourselves for sustained success. We believe these adjustments will contribute to our ability to better serve the needs of the industry and enhance our collaborative efforts. Your understanding and support during this period have been instrumental, and we are truly grateful for the trust you have placed in us.

We had some real highlights this year as well, which we believe set a new tone for where KAO South Africa is going with our amazing brands: Goldwell, KMS and our new baby Kerasilk. We launched Kerasilk in JHB and Cape Town and also in Namibia. We have seen it grow from strength as we tackle the ever growing Vegan, Sulphate Free, Sustainable retail brands. Our brands have also become PETA approved which continues to strengthen our unwavering commitment to the environment and the legacy we want to leave for the future generations. We also got to see our SA team represent us proudly in Chicago with 2500 stylists from across the globe in what was an unforgettable Chicago Global Creative Awards. Not only that, we also won most loved colour range with Elumen being voted as number one by all of your so thank you for that and thank you for voting for us as we placed in every single category. Getting the recognition by the industry you serve is the most humbling experience so thank you all once again.

Looking ahead to 2024, we are filled with anticipation for the possibilities that lie before us. The coming year holds exciting ventures, and we are thrilled to embark on this journey with the continued support of our loyal clients. Your feedback, collaboration, and partnership have been instrumental in our growth, and we are eager to share our upcoming initiatives with you.
