We are introducing OPI to our MHB Portfolio in 2022 and are looking for a vibrant professional nail technician that is interested in taking the step into being our 1st Retail Development Consultant
for the Gauteng region!
RETAIL DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
Promoting profitable sales & education of OPI brands.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Grow existing business within an established account base and gain new accounts in this lucrative region through building strong relationships and excellent customer service
Achieve all sales targets and objectives
Organise and present product training and demonstrations to customers and retailers
Assist retailers with stock management and merchandising
Launches and promotional activities
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Matric
Recognised Nail Qualification (Gel & Acrylic Systems)
At least 3 years’ experience as a Qualified Nail Technician
2-3 years’ experience in a similar Sales & Education position is recommended
Code 8 Driver’s License
Reliable vehicle – a car allowance is included in the package
Computer Literacy
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Social media savvy
Start Date: 1 February 2022
Location: Gauteng Region
Remuneration: Basic salary, commission, incentives, monthly bonuses, annual performance bonus plus a fuel card and phone allowance. Health insurance, retirement annuity and life insurance available.
