Retail turnover is up very slightly from last month but down very slightly from last year. This is due to an increase in the average spend per visit being offset by a drop in the number of client visits.
Service turnover is down from last year and from last month. This is due to a drop in client visits and also a drop average service spend per visit.
Based on previous years we anticipate that August client visits will be similar to July with a steady increate until December so the secret will be to ensure that spend per visit is maximised as well.
