As an industry total revenue has increased by 13% overall when comparing February 2022 to February 2023 with the Hair Industry increasing by 14% and the Beauty Industry by 9%. Overall service Revenue increased by 11% and Retail has increased by 12%. We are seeing an average Docket charge increase of 6% and an increase of 7% in the number of dockets.
Overall, the Industry has Increased by 1% from 12% last month to 13% this month. The Beauty Industry decreased by 19% from 28% last month to 9% this month. The Hair Industry has increased by 6% from 8% last month to 14%.
The Hair Industry Increased Service Revenue by 11% and Retail by 10%. Average docket charges increased by 4% and client visits increased by 9%

The standout statistic this month is that the beauty industry was able to convert a 1% decrease in the number of dockets through the business into a 9% total revenue increase while the hair industry increased total revenue by 14% with a 9% increase in dockets.
