EOHCB: National Labour Migration Policy & Employment Services Amendment Bill Webinar

We will be hosting a follow-up webinar regarding the National Labour Migration Policy and the Employment Services Act Amendments. If you did not attend the initial webinar, you are welcome to attend this one as a recap will be done.


The aim of the follow-up webinar is to address the need to know about mitigating the risks of your foreign workers from an employer and business owner perspective.


A practical Risk Assessment addressing opportunities and risks will be outlined and provided as a framework, mitigating strategies such as skills gap analysis, succession planning, change management and engagement with all affected parties will be discussed, and guidance will be provided to ensure compliant exit of foreign nationals through the Labour Relations Act.


Cost:

EOHCB Member – R550.00 pp or R950.00 pp for non-member.
