EOHCB Meet the Team: Jana Ferreira - North West Divisional Manager

I earned my Baccalaureus Artium Degree in Psychology and Industrial Relations from North West University in Potchefstroom in 2009. Subsequently, I pursued additional education, completing courses in HR Hiring Practices at the University of South Africa in 2010 and Photography at North West University in 2013.


My extensive work and life experiences have equipped me with the adaptability to excel in various employment roles and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of individuals. Over the course of my career, I have acquired a comprehensive set of skills and responsibilities.

In my role at the EOHCB, I fulfill the following duties and responsibilities in order to add value to the businesses of our esteemed members and the Organisation:


  • Labour Relations support;

  • Disciplinary procedures;

  • Mediations;

  • Drafting and implementing Contracts of Employment and Company Policies and Procedures;

  • Ensuring compliance with the Main Collective agreement and other relevant legislation such as POPIA, UIF, OHSA;

  • Representation of members in labour disputes; and

  • Business Development


I firmly believe that my meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, and unwavering moral values contribute significantly to the value EOHCB brings to its members.

I take pride in my work and consistently go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. My commitment to continuous learning reflects my enthusiasm for staying abreast of industry trends.
