Dear EOHCB Member,
The National Bargaining Council for Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Skincare, and Beauty Industry (HCSBC) has appointed a new General Secretary (a position previously known as CEO), Lou-Ann Brothwell.
Lou-Ann's professional background stems from Labour Relations. She holds legal qualifications and has experience in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, and General Management across both the public and private sectors.
Most recently, Lou-Ann worked in the Aviation Industry in a Management position for a national airline, and subsequently as the General Manager of a branch of a Trade Union (Pilots’ Union).
The EOHCB Team extends our heartiest welcome to Lou-Ann and congratulates her on her new appointment and wishes her all the best in her new role and we hope that she will find it rewarding and challenging.
