I find that a lot of the time people aren't really aware of what suits them and that they tend to go for the wrong tones in their hair...
Knowledge is power and you can be unstoppable with the right information.
We foiled the hair with Blondor + 1.9% Pastel Developer. Washed with Oil Reflections Shampoo. Coloured the hair with Colour Touch 7/97(20g) + 6/0(10g) + 1.9% Colour Touch Emulsion fading into 10/0 (30g)+ 8/38(20g) 1.9% Colour Touch Emulsion. Rinsed and washed. Final toner was done with Shinefinity 09/61(40g) + 08/98(20g) + 2% Shinefinity bottle applicator.
