Monday Motivator

Create a memorable and repeatable client experience – Tabatha Coffey.

Tabatha Coffey, Australian hairstylist, salon owner and television personality, says salons need to stay as consistent and unique as possible – and don’t think clients won’t notice the small details. She tells a story about one salon where they had a bowl of sweets at reception for clients to dip into after their service. One day they took the sweets away – and clients noticed and began asking where the sweets were. That tiny detail had come to mean a lot to them, and they missed the pleasure of choosing a sweet when it was gone.
