We have pleasure in providing you with the Personal Care Sector-Specific Protocols which have been Gazetted and published.
Please click on the link provided to access the published protocols. As soon as you can adhere to these protocols, as well as the other protocols communicated and regulated through Government as outlined in the EOHCB Return to Work and Occupational Health and Safety Compliance Toolkit, you will be allowed to reopen your establishment to render Personal Care Services under Advance Alert Level 3.
Commencement: Immediately, subject to meeting all required protocols and adhering to Occupational Health and Safety protocols and other relevant as outlined by the Department of Employment and Labour, Department of Health and the Disaster Management Act.
