Dear Hairnews Readers
What a rollercoaster ride 2019 has been!
It is hard to believe that, in one day’s time, we will be moving into a new month, a new year, and a new decade.
Hairnews will be taking a New Year’s break and we will start up again on Saturday 4th January.
We are excited about our upcoming content, and in early January you can look forward to reading an interview with Raeesa Dawood, the reigning Hairstylist of the Year for 2020, and we are also publishing a full calendar of the EOHCB activities for the year including those all-important competition dates. There will be ongoing news and updates on our Hairnews Awards – closing date is 31 January and all the categories can be found HERE. We also have some controversial content coming up (of course!) – getting angry about the status quo is sometimes the best way to trigger positive and constructive change!
Education dates from many of the leading suppliers will be published in Jan-Feb, so you can plan your calendar for the year and start getting excited about the fabulous courses on offer. Why not take a step out of your comfort zone this coming year and attend a course you usually would not. Maybe a more business focused course, or learning a brand new skill, or even a course held by a product manufacturer you don’t know much about. After all, the only place where you can grow is outside of your comfort zone!
May 2020 bring you everything you wish for, with personal happiness, business success, loving what you do in working hours, and with the time to follow your passions and interests outside of working hours.
Wishing you the best, and looking forward to reconnecting in early 2020!
Jassy and the Hairnews Team
